what strain of cubensis?

its all personal preference I personally like to see the syringe is loaded if I'm not using a reputable supplier. White spores? Are you doing amanitas? Which active caps that aren't moldy produce white spores?
Wome of the types i get are white spores in large dilution. I no longer play with purple spores but there need not be anything visible for there to be plenty of purple spores in a syringe. Clumos are not necessarily better.

Etibles.

Spores are in the micron range or below. You can put a hell of a lot of spores in 10 ccs.

The clots are fine but dont really do much good.

My point was thatsimply not seeing spores is not an indicator of value. Agar will tell the tale.

Thanks for the help and responses. I made two jars rye and 9 BRF pint size cakes. On this go and I soaked about 16 hours and boiled for 10 minutes(actually bringing the water to a boil and then the 10 starts) and didnt dry the rye before jarring and PC 70 minutes @15psi. I noticed both times when I sliced a rye seed it was not fully hydrated and the center of about 50% of them was still dry. I will definitely be soaking 24 hours next time I prepare rye. It seems like just a matter of a few times and I should have this down. I would love to give a go at some edibles since I love mushrooms and only feel the need to take cubensis every other blue moon. I got my spores at SB.com

Ahhh got it I want to get into agar and get some cultures working I would love to try oysters or morels or maybe plug some shitake IN A log

Shitakes are pretty awesome. An extract created from the mycellium of shitakes is currently undergoing clinical testing because it was shown in preclinical testing to irradicate hpvvirus, which is the primary cause of cirvical cancer.

I know super unpredictable but I would love to try to get a couple patches knocked up just to see
that part is easy. I have often gotten tiny sclerotia to grow, hell, you can get them to grow on agar. Its having the sclerotia grow to fruit that has most of us stumped, even with the patent.
