what strain is this? why is it black/purple color smells like tar or coal or somethin.It dosent smell fruity like the usual kill I smoke.anybody know what kind of weed this is is a soft fluffly leafy bud and its black purple with lots of crystals on it.Is this weed meant to be that color or is this just from late harvest and low temperature.I didnt smoke this yet but what you see in the pic is 20$ worth and its 400$ for a oz which is a big husky oz.Can anybody name this strain?

looks good to me! I think youll have a hard time getting someone to id the strain.

^^^seriously, never even consider paying that much. Classic strains without fancy names like good old kush or haze are just as good (or they wouldnt be around so long) and usually cost less. 300 per oz should be the limit. and about the strain, looks pretty dank but I have no clue on the name. If it is supposed to be that dark normally then they did a good job and its probably some fire, but if it happened on accident, like low temps or somethin, then they are just tryin to make a quick buck.


is the tar smell kinda like diesel? If it is then it probably has some sour diesel in the genetics, just my guess.

Most of the dense purple I've had has been called Gran Daddy Purp.

Could be anything though. Looks well grown but not trimmed well enough, especially at that price per ounce. I'd collect all the crap leaf, and go back to the guy, and "return" the part of the plant you didn't smoke. Probably $50 of trim in there.
