What sort of Lamp Veg vs flowering. Or?

After some forum watching and grow videos, I have picked up that you must have 2 set of lamps
and is a bit confused ^^

1. For Veg
2. For Flowering

Is this correct? I am using this one atm at Veg stage. Is this lamp any good?
