What size jars...? info needed

So, when putting the nugs in jars (after hanging) should the jars be stuffed full? Or should they be 1/2 full to leave air in there? I ask because I have a few different sizes and wonder if I should just put it all in the bigger jar that'll leave alot of space, or fill up a few smaller jars that'll leave alot less empty space.
Or does it even matter?

I fill mine.. but dont PUSH them in it.. just allowing them to fill it will a slight nudge down works.
Some here may yell at you for not using a hydrometer.. just make sure it's dry and then burp em for a few days..

I leave a little space because I like to give them a shake to mix them up every once in a while. I also never cram them in, just fill the jar with buds until it is good, then start the next.

i have to yell at you for not using a hygrometer....they are ESSENTIAL. all the work you put in can go out the window if your rh is too high and you just don't know it...next you'll be back asking why your buds smell like amonia.

I am on my first grow, and I plan to use multiple small jars for two reasons.
First, if they start curing/drying at different rates, I will have more options what to leave open for longer or not.
Second, I already have plenty of pickle, salsa, queso dip, Mezzetta, and mayonnaise jars to start with (Hopefully I'll have to go buy more jars LOL)

More space means more air to vent out the humidity when burping, and it also makes it easy to redistribute the buds inside with gentle shaking/stirring.

Personally, I'd never go more than 2/3 full (and understand the buds do shrink when curing).
