What should the humidity be when hanging?

I'm still kinda new to this guys. What should the humidity be when drying? And for how many days should it hang?

The best dry is a nice,long,even one.

That said,the temperature should br between 65°F and 75°F and the humidity between 55% and 65% and should take anwhere from 7 to 10 days.
