I have a 10 day old plant with about 10-12 leafs on it but a couple days ago while I was setting up my light I accidentally dropped the light on the plant. The light resembles a 24oz tall boy can so you can imagine it's pretty big. Anyways when I looked at it the leaf was damaged, as you can see in the pic. Should i remove it or just leave it there? It was one of the first sprouts of leafs. It's the leaf on the left. A lil blurry I know
What should I do with a damaged leaf?

When the plant has no more use for it the leaf will detach naturally. Cutting it off early just causes a little further stress and loss of food/production.

Also, I can see what looks like a smaller plant growing IN THE SAME POT as the damaged plant, and pretty close to it at that!
This is generally a no-no.
You risk a lot when trying to transplant plants whose roots have intermingled...
I would either cull the worse off plant or transplant it carefully, as soon as possible into its own vessel.
That little 'extra' plant in there could be more harmful for it than you being careless and dropping a beer can sized lamp on it.
