Hi my seedlings are looking weird. I left the fan close to them and i think it might have done this.
It looks like the stem is to skinny for the height of the plant. they are a week old exactly. the time cycle is 20 hrs on with a 75watt light and the temp is around 22-25 deg celcius

what can I do to salvage?

transplant them into larger at least taller pots, cups, what ever your using and bury that stem almost to the first set of leafs. it looks like you might have overwatered it...if the soil is real wet then dont water right away after the transplant, let the new dry soil soak up some of the moisture. how often have you been watering these?

Your light is waaaay to far away, if you don't bring it much closer, it will stretch again no matter how many times you dig the stem under ....

it was dry at the top when i came back and saw them like this, so i watered a bit. if I plant them in a bigger cup wont it make the roots start to deep in the soil?

transplant them into some good soil in a larger pot with proper drainage. bury them stretchy things deeper and get that light closer.
do not over water or give them nutes. you can over love them.
you should never have the fan directly blowing on you plants. that's why most of use oscillating fans.

well your going to want some fresh dirt under your roots to grow too. dont just put what you have in the bottom of a cup and fill it to the leafs. add enough soil to the bottom where the first set of leafs are right around the edge of the cup and then fill around it. if your cups are too small to bury the stem up to the first set of leafs and also have room for new roots to grow into fresh soil then you need something bigger. also im guessing your using a spiral type CFL light? that can be 3-5 inches from the tops of your plants and will stop the stretching. do this after you transplant. as said above you can over love these plants and it is extremely easy to do and probably the easiest way to kill one. its better to let them do their own thing than to mess with them every day.

Poor girls in those tiny cups are begging for more space. Repot or I'll report you to NORML for plant abuse ;-)

Keep your grow space tidy too. All the debris on the floor is an invitation to creepy crawlers.
