Taking them out of veg less than half way before they hit ceiling so that they finish before hitting ceiling is another form of soft training

You see the new growth, the small little baby leaves, open them up and pull them apart. Reveal them and have them able to face the light. Plant will grow faster if you help it open up. You’ve got 4 stems, north east south west, now start making stems go diagonally, so those middle upper branches send them diagonally.

I just untangle leaves that bunch up too much and keep the fan leaves exposed as much as possible as they do most the work and are most important to plant health fitting off disease etc

i have a Chinese kingplus 1200w led, it has switches for veg and bloom, should I use the blue light on it even though the numbers the company claims likely aren’t real? Idk if what they say for their spectrum is tru, so Ive just had both switches on for more light

Never go by the watts equiv, akways the true watts. If you are in bloom keep the entire spectrum, blue is still good as leaves particularly sugar leaves still grow in flowering stage

A blue of 6500k is good for the whole process but more blue higher spectrum is better to keep plant shorter first week or 2. Red can go anywhere max 2700k and less is better
