Can’t get a better picture but I don’t have a clue how they have been introduced into my grow room.

I added TNC mycorr, TNC bactor and TNC Tricorr to my res 5 days ago and all of a sudden they are all over.

They kind of look like centipedes but absolutely tiny. Pale yellow colour. Can’t really tell but looks like they have lots of legs and some antennas on their head possibly

looks like a thrip. do you see little white fleckings on your leaf surfaces anywhere? I think i see one in the picture you posted, in the bottom left corner. the white spots they leave are where they suck the sap. eventually you'd see little black spots where they poop on lower leaves.

Cheers I don’t have anything atm to treat with.

What can I use that I can easily get in local stores? I’m in the U.K.

They are currently seedlings only 2 week since sprout

H2o2 and distilled or RO water but wait till lights out. 3% isn't the best but it's fine in a pinch. Mix 1 part h2o2 to 8 parts water. Spray the mixture on the tops and bottoms of the leaves. Repeat every three days until you see a difference. It should/may kill the adult thrips but will kill the kids dead.

Can’t get h2o2 anywhere local. I want to pick something up first thing in the mornig.

Only local thing I can find online so far is bug clear ultra?

Can possibly get a 3% solution at an insane price and I’ll probably need a shit ton of it..

War on terror bullshit and all that

Resolva fast action liquid bug spray these chemicals won’t cause much problems if used very early on right?

Coincidence. Those have nothing to do with it. You probably went to walmart or out for a walk and rubbed against a plant.
Hit them hard and fast with something PROVEN. Like posted above, Spinosad seems to be popular.
I would hang some "No Pest Strips" also, as long as your room is sealed IE a tent or something.
Let them hang during a time when you don't have to ventilate and then bag them when you are around.
I have some just in case, never had to use them though. That's just what I would do.

I'm sorry but I'm totally against no pest strips they are completely toxic. I personally would rather use something natural or nontoxic. You may not have as quick or total removal of pests but it also won't make your testies useless!

I've peronally used h2o2 and water and found it useful as long as you stay on top. I love seeing what it use to do to my spider mites when used. I just looked for photo evidence but I deleted them all.
