I've never had thrips so I cant rule that out.

But turn that leaf over and get a magnifying glass and look for little bugs. (spider mites)
I can see them with naked eye but I know what im looking for unfortunately.

Also look for webbing, it may or may not be present yet if its common spider mites.

Honestly though, i don't think it is spider mites. The damage looks similar. But still check to rule it out

yes, looks like thrips , I'm not going to use my thiamethoxam pesticide again ( but I should use it If I have no other option and other things does not work) , what kill them effectively ?

I can't find the pest while checking leaves , I don't know where they are hiding , usually the leaves near top soil are effected but one upper leaves are damaged also

spray the whole plant, paying attention to the bottoms of all the leaves. there's no way to stop it just spraying part of the plant, they'll just move to the other part of the plant

sure looks like mite damage, but if its thrips, its still the same treatment. several products available, i like spinosad. spray it 4 times, three days apart, and it'll kill them, and any hatching eggs.
man I have no access to this untouchable spinosad

where are you? they sell it in most of the world. captain jack's dead bug brew is by bonide, that's the one i've been using. i know theres at least a couple more companies out there making a spinosad product, monterey makes one, there's one called conserve, probably several more.

Wrong, you should throw it away if you arent sure it is safe.

Yeah .I wouldn't use systemic pesticides.

Especially since you already have a thread about being hypersensitive to just being in the same house with weed.
still my face is tingling , but i'm used to it , I can't buy pesticides you have access to it , but have access to products like bayer

The first step is to identify 100% what bug you are after, then choose a product
