What Nutes should I use with my plants.(pics)

Hi this are my plants they are growing outdoor and they are like 3 weeks old.Right now I am giving to the plants
20-20-20 nutes every 5 days.I want to know if they need now others nutes or it will be fine with the 20-20-20?? :hug:

10-30-20 for flowering.
