What mains timers are you using because mine keep failing..

I am after a reliable mains timer as I keep buying ones off ebay/amazon and they are just complete junk.. they usually fail within about 3-7 days of usage.

The ones I have been using all look similar to this one ^^

I am thinking about buying a digital one but some of the reviews on amazon say they suck for reliability too..

Apollo 7 titan is what I use. 3 of them, 1 flower lights/fan, 1 veg lights/fan, and 1 for my A/C and fan.

They look great, wish they were available in the UK thought.. Suppose I could order one and just convert the plug..

That little digital timer you gave the link to, is only good to 15 amps, and that is why you are burning them out! Hot/nut in [line] hot/nut out [load]

X2 a little spendy but they last for decades.Mine wanders a bit but I just knock it back to where I need it

That's the same timer I use for my 220V 1HP pool pump motor. It's industrial grade and your grandkids will be using it for their grows. It's completely mechanical, so there's no digital/electronic components to let you down when you need it most.

No problem its industrial stuff, but mechanical= friction = degradation over time, not the best argument for "lasting forever"

Been using a cheap dial timer from HomeDepot been working fine for a year now.
