when i have more money ill buy a proper ballast


they are both around the same price and and both look to be no name ballast??

I use a shitty old magnetic ballast and it works fine and has for years. I jut wanted to let you know that the 600 will produce a lot more heat than the 400, just keep that in mind. If your grow space is confined or does not have very good ventilation your going to have trouble. I went overboard and got a 600 for my tent and it was way too hot. I run a 400 now and it is just right. Good luck Dude
