I`m new to indoor growing and haven`t started yet. I wiil be running this setup but not sure what kind it is. A mate of mine runs it with great succses.

I still haven`t connected the feed hoses or the rez. It is a recirculating system is all I know and has rockwool.
Not in any real rush as i`m still waiting for my beans to break.

Looks like a drip system. They may have another name but if you call it a drip system everyone will know what it is that you are saying.

Here is a pic of the top hoses dummy setup.

I don`t think its a drip system. I`m leaning towards a flood/recycle.
I wouldn`t have a clue what it is. But I`ve seen it work and it worked very well.

top feed drip system.

Resurection: Don't try this at home...this system is prone to bud rot and my neighbor has failure after failure becaue the drip feeders keep pluggin' up. If successful this system will side by side a flood and drain (F&D) table but the F&D system has far fewer failure rates and if put together properly (automated) can be left unatended for up to a month before problems even start to occur. I started from the bottom watering by hand and turning fans and lights on and off using alarm clocks:)

I use coco and i have been hand watering for years. Run to waste system ..... Its setup up for automatic feeding but i dont use it unless going away ... The more im in there the less chances of things going wrong and i love spending time with my girls......

Simple at the start ..... Example im giving for new starters

Getting older bringing up the nutrient strength

Time to bring nutrient strength up more...
