What kind of percolator is this ?

Broke my old rig and got this one that caught my eye but I have never seen a perc like this. googling percolators gave me all kinds of nice info and pics on perc . But nothing that looked like this .

4 of the lil circles, with slits all around them.

Look like puck percs.. just some are rotated 90 degrees
