Hypoaspis miles perhaps? Good bug.

They live in the top layer of the soil and eat fungus gnats, springtails and thrips.

After a little searching it does resemble what you said. Are these fairly common in grows? Wondering where it would have come from. If it is what you said then they are welcome to me lol
I run organic recycled soil if that makes a difference. I also give periodic pest sprays though. Mainly only in veg before they hit flower room. I use stronger pesticides though.
