I believe its t-5's over the plants and led's shining from the side. Not 100% on that but thats what I can see.

It's a lettuce grow in Japan, they change the lighting throughout the day to simulate night time some how with the Led lights. Least that's the info I've found. Didn't know that was possible with the led's. http://www.gereports.com/post/91250246340/lettuce-see-the-future-japanese-farmer-builds
