What kind of light should i use for autoflowering seeds

Can anybody give me opinions on the best light I should use. I'm new at growing. It's my first time . Please help

Hmm, you need to do so some research, your not looking for cfl are you? What all do you have so far ?

Well. I have the nutrients. Flora gro , flora bloom, and flora micro. I got the seeds. Just need lights and soil. And how good are cfl. What wattage would I need and how many ?
And for soil ? Any advice on that.

CFL are really dated tech now, most places I used to see them in the Uk don't even sell them anymore. If you are wanting to use bulbs rather than using led strips, cobs, boards etc then use normal household led bulbs you can buy in any store. Rip the globes off to get an extra 20% light from them.
Don't buy expensive nutes, soil etc and cheap out on your lighting.

What size of room are you going to be using and how many plants are you going to run?

I always use mh lights but they aren’t great if you have a small space due to heat

I have a 4x4x7 grow tent.

Is there a spot in a grow tent where I can screw in the led bulbs
