What kind of deficiency is this?

Plants are into first weeks of flowering and im starting to notice a yellowing near bud leaf sites around the whole plant. Theres no signs of yellowing on lower leaves but more so concentrated near flowering buds.

Need a lot more info. could possibly be light stress if light is too close. ca/mg deficiency. or ph issue

I was thinking overwatering, the leaves look bloated and hanging a bit. It can look like anything once they are waterboarded.

What kind of deficiency is this?
