I have a indoor closet grow with my aerogarden deluxe. I was wondering if I would be able to use this type of cloning solution for cloning?

I came across this on ebay and i also purchase my general hydroponic nutrients, and PH up + down material from here also and it has worked very well. I have also got good recomendations to use General Hydroponic Products. i was just wondering if this cloning solution that i hvae posted above is a good solution for cloning? If not, could you point me in the right direction? Thanks.
