hey, I got a shot of this one.. and theres another one i missed that looks the same but all white..
And this Bug doesnt Move! he lovesmy plant and has been there for over a month!! really!!!!

..

That's a leafhopper. If you get enough of them,they're trouble.They suck your plants juices.

One or two of those won't do any damage outdoors though...a bigger bug will come along and eat him soon enough. I suggest you just leave him be.

those little mother fuckers i had hundreds of them bastards on my plants all summer so annoying and they dont give a shit if you soak them in neem oil either

its a leafhopper mate 2 or 3 wont hurt ur plant but if u start seeing more you might have to do somthing about it...
