A little blurry but looks like an aphid.
Plenty of “ garden safe “ products to help combat these and others. Most good pest control sprays are “ broad spectrum “ insecticides that kill a large range of garden pests. Capt. Jacks Bug Brew is one for example.

I been trying captins jacks i cant tell what they are but ive had two plants hanging outside in a shed and just shook them over a paper towel and i see i think two different types of something….

last pic is almost definitely an aphid, not a good thing to have, but a lot better than any kind of mite. you can spray aphids off with water, and a spray made out of vinegar and orange peels will kill them pretty quick while being non toxic to people
