what issue am i dealing with?

this is a 10 day old under 6500k cfl's (8 x 23 watt) in MG organic soil.

what's causing the light spots on the leaf, not too concerned really but just curious.

Hard to say at this young age. I really do not see a problem yet.

plant is about 4 1/2 weeks
3- 40watt 2700k cfl's 24/0 about 3-4 in from plant
fan 18/0
water every 3-4 days
using 10-15-10 fert. ( right one? ) half strength.

plant was fine couple days ago. leaves on bottom are dry.any help????

hard to say at this age but with chemicals in soil it may do alot of things.but they look fine now,just keep an eye on them,when mine get like that or a little worse and its the top of the plant i give it a light spray of epsom salts because i use r/o water now,never needed too with tap water.
