What is your favorite, go-to munchie?

That's a really tough one, the more I think about it the harder it is to decide.

I'm going to go with crispy spring rolls, either vegetable, pork or shrimp. I do love me some spring rolls.

All time favorite 32oz chocolate malt from Braums (in the midwest) when I lived with the parents I'd leave to go smoke, end up at braums than veg til I went to bed, however I'm 2000 miles from a Braums so #2 all time favorite

Muddy Buddies (also called chow mix i think) recipe can be found on a box of Chex cereal, its Chex, melted down chocolate, a lil peanut butter and lots of powdered sugar. No Bake Cookies are up there too.

I've got a pretty good beef marinade if you want it.

Now keep in mind I'm one of those "personal taste" cooks, so I don't keep strict track of amounts, I figure you put in as much as you like...but I'll try.

1/2 cup soy, 2 tsp powdered ginger, 3 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp celery salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp malt vinegar, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1/4 cup sweet thai chili, 2 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp white sugar, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 cup either warm water or beef broth/stock (depends on availability) and 2 tbsp honey.

I used around those amounts for 3 pounds of beef. After you're done marinating (no less than 2 hours, otherwise it's pointless), you put the whole kit-n-kaboodle in the pan to cook. The marinade becomes the sauce, see? Then I put this over rice, I use minute rice because it's just easier for cheap-o dishes like this. 2 cups of rice, 1 1/2 cups of water, 1/2 cup soy with some ginger and lemon pepper.

If you had unlimited funds, what would be your all time, absolute go-to munchie?

Do you mean "go to" in your house or go to a restaurant?

At home, a fast snack is a simple piece of cheese for the El Screamo munchins.

Unlimited funds would prolly be a fine chefs restaurant or my personal chef.

Fruit or good sushi. No I'm not bullshitting, I want to live past 50 so I try to eat semi healthy. Can't resist some pizza hut pizza and bread sticks sometimes though

Sushi...I never understood the appeal. I tried it, still don't get the appeal. It just isn't very good to me.

I'd have a fresh shell fish bar..raw oysters, crab legs, muscles mmm. I'd slurp the oysters back with a splash of tobacco and a pinch of horse radish and do really expensive tequila shots.

tonight it's dark chocolate. frozen berries, and toast. I like a nice uncut loaf of Italian bread . It's the only type of white bread I eat. I can slice it however I like.

My wife analyzes mercury content for a living and we LOVE sushi, a couple weeks ago she was reading up online and the amount of mercury in seaweed is minute but detectable and she concluded that she will no longer eat sushi more than 2 times a week, I trust my scientist. That said eat it everyday man, you'll live to be 50 but man the conversations you'll be able to have with yourself will be amazing to listen to I'm sure lol.
