What is wrong with this seedling?

Getting two cups of phed water in soil and one cup in the plant saucer

I have never seen this and would like some info!!

Could be a runt... keep everything the same for all three - This one will be fine in no time at all...

Or if space is limited cull it. Use the extra space to LST your other plants. In my limited space having one runt made light distribution a pain. Had I culled it the other plants would easily have used the extra room.

Its called whorled phyllotaxy, a genetic condition in the leaf cells

many do grow out of it ..some not

either way it will be delayed but with only 2 other plants

I'd let her be for now

avoid picking the leaves off

she needs them ..lol
