What is wrong with these seedlings?

Hello. I have very bad looking seedlings. I do not know why. I use 1x cxb 3590 COB for this foot by foot sized box. At start they started to stretch, when I turned light brighter (dimmabable), they looked kinda bleached out.. Some of them just wont grow. Too muh humidity? To much water? Light? Whaaaat? Help please. These are Nirvana seeds Northern Light and White Widow..
I want them to LIVE!!! First 3 pictures are with LED on. Next ones are made just with flashlight.

That looks like nute burn???? Have you been feeding them anything?

What are those plugs you are growing them in called?

Its funny how u ask to much watter ? Bad humidity/rt feeding schedule? Too intense lights? and u don't give any info of what u been doing since the beginning., Smh. Only thing u say its the lights u using and grow box dimensions., In order to get good advice u need to provide as much information possible., Otherwise u only will get guess answers and assumptions.

Sorry for lack of info. Those small buns are coco tablets. They are soaked and really wet. I closed lid and saw condensation on leaves, I decided to leave it open. 24/7 light cycle. I used 2 different soils for 2 plants and rest of them is in coco tablets but they all show weak growth. For some plant I used mixture for root growth (something with b vitamine), still it did not change anything.

What is wrong with these seedlings?
