What is wrong with these plants?

Newb here. Not sure what is going on with these plants. Some of em look great, some look weird. All of em have been treated the same. 3 Strains. GHS Kalashnikova Feminized, Serious Seeds Chronic and Ontario Seed Bank Purple Skunk.

Indoors in a tent with adequate fresh air intake/exhaust.
Water as needed with 6.3 ph adjusted tap water.
Sunshine #4
70-80 F , 60% rh
24/7 600w MH @ 21 inches (moving an inch closer each day. Moved all plants from T5HO to MH 3 days ago).

GHS Kalashnikova Femenized. 12 Days above ground.
After researching I see this company notorious for weak genetics. No clue what's wrong with the plant. Looks like splotchy greyish on the leaves. All the other Kalashnikova's look healthy great aside from a 2nd one is starting to show the same thing(pic 3).

Ontario Seed Bank Purple Skunk. 5 days above ground.
They had trouble germinating as only 6 of the 13 sprouted and they all look rather lame in comparison to the chronic. Here are the worst 2. 1 has some deformities of the leaves along side a similar look to the kalashnikova.

Serious Seeds Chronic. 7 days above ground.
All 11 beans germed at the same time. All 11 look great and have a very uniform growth so far. Nothing wrong with any of them.

I'd be glad to provide any more information needed.
Cheers!

The first plants look like they have mold. The rest look healthy, just kinda deformed.

Thanks for the reply ghrimm. It doesn't look like mold as it cannot be rubbed off. It looks more like a discoloration in the tissue of the plant. I guess maybe it's hard to tell from the picture. Is there any way to tell if it is mold for sure?

Looks like your starter soil may be a little hot but they should adapt. I would scope both sides of the leaves to check out those little white spots and see what they are (pic 3).

Underside of the leaves look completely normal.

WHoops. Edited. 7 Days above ground.

looks almost like powdery mildew to me
Would powdery mildew be able to be rubbed off at least to some extent? As stated above the discoloration cannot be rubbed off at all.

If it was determined to be mold or mildew would it be advised to cull the affected plants?

I grew kalashnikova in my last grow, no journal unfortunatly for you. However, mine did the exact same thing at about that age, they get through it, it's just mosaic colouring on the leaves, It will go away in newer growth.

Cheers guys! I like definite answers. Helps me rule things out.

Powdery mildew can definitely be rubbed off. Not PM.
I am very glad it is not powdery mildew because I have respiratory problems and that would definitely destroy the medicine.

Thanks. I sure hope this is the case here How did yours turn out? Also this doesn't explain what is going on with the purple skunk babies. Same thing maybe?
