what is wrong with my plants?

Thanks to all those who help. I do appreciate it as a newbie to the hobby. My plants were doing nicely, but they were under a 20w 2' flor. light. I took them out in the sun every day for several hours. The only thing I changed is I installed the new 150w HPS light 2' from the top of the plant.Could this be a shock to the plant? here is a before and after photos.

I received the seeds from a friend when visiting a while back. So I don't know what varity it is. I'm hoping a good one. LOLI bought the recipe for success kit and mixed the veg. state recipe and put 1/8th cup on the two plants. Nothing on the seedlings. they are in premixed potting soil. I was told not to add any to them until I replanted in a bigger pot. The photos above are only about 3 days apart and the leaves have grown a lot. But there is a bit of wilt to the smaller plant. They were recovering from MirGRO burn. I seem to be making head way, two forward one back.
