They look fried; literally.
Can't judge anything regarding the leaf color under the yellow hps.

Heat is 1 problem. They are all tacoed. Light is 2 close or your not exchanging enough air and keeping temp down. 2nd problem is your getting them wet and letting the light blast em.... its cloudy when It rains not direct sun.

Huh? Where did he say anything about getting the leaves wet?
Admittedly a bad idea, but If so, that would actually help cool the leaves.
Water doesn't form "lenses" like a magnifying glass and burn leaves as is often repeated but simply not true.

I water in the morning and sometimes the sun is up and starting to get hot before I finish. What I see is the leafs absorbing the water. It doesn't stay on long enough to damage the leafs.
I don't think pictures without the lights are going to show much more than the plants are way overheated. Still got to look for other problems but ...
