What is wrong with my baby? Advice for a beginner on a shoestring budget.

Hi there from the land of rising (not telling)
I have recently started my little grow room.

I have a 120 watt grow LED in a grow room of 700mm wide X 550mm deep and 1.7m high.
The LED is sitting about a meter above the little feller.
I have a fan in there at the moment to circulate and running around 26 degrees celsius with a vent at the top and bottom of the grow box. (I have also just invested in a humidifier as it is dry here in winter, but not installed yet)

I admit I overwatered the little one before and it seems to have led to some discolouration and the leaves shrivelled up. (That was 2 weeks ago)
It is now at just over 3 weeks since it sprouted.

I am potting in a perlite / soil mix (PH 5.5 - 6) with a 40/ 60 ratio.
There still seems to be some discolouration and it seems to be a little slow. (or is that just me?)

I can't tell if that is burn or still the affect from overwatering or, just LED discolouration.

This is my first time to grow for around 20 years and I used to adopt the "throw it in the ground and see what happens" method when living back in OZ.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it on a healthy recovery? I don't know.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Please note I am on a tight budget and not living where I can readily get all kinds of chemicals etc. (or order them into the country)

TCP,
Thanks for the prompt response.
I am pretty new to the indoor thing and living in a country where I am fairly limited (so far) compared to back home, but here goes.

PH- currently at 6.1

SOIL- Not available where you may be. Hss a PH of 5.5 - 6, Called HYDRONEX. I mixed it with a 40 to 60 of perlite to soil.

LIGHTS - LED
(Translated as best as I could)

■size:400x212x60mm
■Power output:120W (120x1W)
■voltage:AC100V~220V
■Lux: 1M/810,1.5M/420,2M/270
■Frequency:50/60Hz
■LED:"RED"100/ BLUE12個
■Light range:5m square/3m square

Have I fed her yet? Do you mean with water?
Since overwatering, I give her a nice little mist everyday and only water when the soil has dried first knuckle deep.
I am not sure if it is burn/ too dry or, just the remnants of the over watering.
I opted for the LEDs as they are relatively easy to get here and have to remain fairly stealthy.

Hope that helps. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
I started another baby to see if the problem is consistent. Put her in a planter cube this evening.

Oh, and when I say I overwatered her, she was sopping. My drip system broke and flooded it.
Since then I changed the soil and added the perlite.
(Around 12 days ago)

The lights are Japanese made

That can be recovered.

Best advice is, just leave it. Dont look at it/do anything to it for a week or so

Thanks for the tip. Will let it go for a few days and see how it goes.
(But it so hard not to keep looking at the little darlin')
