What is this?

Noticed this starting on 1 plant, now seems to be appearing on another. Never seen this before.

Even with no yellowing or even signs? It just went to burnt looking.

Yellowing i always thought was caused by magnesium deficiency

Possibly ph issues

Well, the soil mix is Just Natural Organic Potting Mix with most of the wood chunks screened out, and nutes are Espoma Bio-Tone Starter Plus mixed into the soil, and Espoma Liquid Organic Grow. There is sources of Ca in both nutes, and Dolomite Lime mixed into the soil. I will maybe topdress with a little more lime and work into top 1-2" of soil. They are only in 1 gal pots right now. They will be getting transplanted into 3 gal pots in the next week or so. Would this topdressing potentially cause issues with the new soil also already being amended with lime?
