Hi Everyone, so I have been growing an auto Amnesia Haze XXL, I have been staying on top of my ph, and adding nutrients, but ever since I changed it around it seems to have thrown a few things off wack, since adding ph down to water. I feel the probably was my own as I was watering about a half a gallon every other day or so which may have caused problems? I had just recently put up a 400 watt HPS system, and threw in a swamp cooler to keep the room abit cooler, seems to be in the high 70s lower 80s, I have a few pictures, can anyone help me? I am still a new grower and taking small steps to not mess her up anymore then she already is. She seemed fine last night, do you think maybe I should add water? LOL, Sorry for so many questions and as of today, I bought some FF Soil as I felt the PH levels on Roots was always off, so maybe that will help with the next grow? If you need anymore pictures or information, I am on now and can answer pretty quickly. Thank you

looks fine 2 me man

let me see if I can get a better picture, now that I look at them, you will understand, also that yellow spot with black patches, is that cal def?

Overwatering and poor soil drainage. The roots are suffocating. Do what you gotta do to correct that problem, the plants look well fed and healthy otherwise.

I figured it could have been over watering, I made a huge mistake when I planted her (new grower) I had put her in a bucket with about 6 drill holes and side holes on the bucket, now I use smart pot bags or mesh pots to help with breathing, do you think it would be wise to transplant or should I try and find another method? This plant is an auto flower so I don't know if it will even take well to that, maybe try it with Superthrive?

As far as my water schedule, I only fed as needed, which could have been everyday if the soil was dry on top or it felt light enough, I have since learned that this isn't the best water schedule, (New Grower) its more of a big drink and then wait a few days for her to get thirsty again? She started drooping yesterday sometime, and the last time I watered her was Friday around 3ish.

Honestly I'm not a dirt grower, have only grown in it a few times and didn't care for it, so perhaps take my advice with a grain of salt. If you're still experiencing overwatering symptoms after letting the soil dry out more between waterings, perhaps you could benefit from better soil drainage. Add more perlite to the mix if/when you up-pot, this will allow better drainage and more air to the rootzone. I always used to cut my soil with extra perlite to aid in drainage, never had an issue with droopy plants.

Oh and throw the superthrive in the trash.

Don't transplant it, autos don't like it. Drill more holes in the bottom and use a catchpan. When the soil dries water slowly until it drains into the catch pan. Its important to know how heavy it is when dry and when wet. If you stick your finger in three inches and it feels dry or the soil is pulling away from the sides of the pot then water. dont let it get so dry it wilts you will create dead spots in the roots. Most bagged soil is pre buffered. Some nutrient solutions drop ph so you might still need to adjust it a little. If you were growing pure organic then I wouldn't be concerned with ph so much. If you're using salts or liquid pre bottled stuff you need to adjust the water/solution.

She is slowly coming back, although she may be lacking a few nutrients now, I'll hold off on those for now...what do you think, progress from yesterday? Thank you for all the help getting her back this far

Update, she seems to be perking back up slowly. I'll add a before photo of what she looked like before this hiccup, when she was drooping and what she looks like after things were fixed.

3406 (a few days ago, before the hiccup
0835 (problems began)
2023 (today, she seems to be doing better)

So here she is right when the lights turned out...I have not watered her in a few days, it's about watering time, is the drooping on the upper leaves being caused because it's close to lights out? (Sleeping. Lol). Also here is another, she was planted about 2 weeks ago, "Paradise Delahaze", photoperiod, growth seems pretty quick..

Hi Everyone, the plant seems to have a slight deficiency which I would like to be careful as I had put abit of stress on her last week when I over watered, she bounced back but seems to have slight discoloring on just a few leaves, can someone help with some sound advice, I feel as if it's a cal-mag deficiency, I just would like a second opinion, anyways here she is, she is an auto flower Amnesia Haze XXL and about 7 weeks old, is this discoloring normal due to the age and it's life cycle coming to an end? Thank you everyone.

Btw, the lights just came on about 10 minutes before the picture.

If it is, would u recommend Dolomite Lime, crushed up and added to a gal of water? Or forget that and grab something else? I have FF Big Bloom, Grow Big and Tiger Bloom.
