What is this?

Ok, I have had several decent grows but this one is especially important for me.. I bought this Top 69 from Attitude, (Northern Lights x ruderalis) everything from the day I ordered has been going wrong. This is what she looks like now?

But if she were mine I would wonder why looks and has the appearance of a plant that is drowning..

I think its magnesium. The only problem is I changed her medium from soil to hydro so I could flush her because her roots weren't that developed yet. After she got worse i put her back in soil.

The first thing, I noticed this right after I watered her in the soil and the spots were yellow spots not brown like they are now and the yellowing of the leaf itself only happen after I put her in the hydro? I put her back in soil but taking it easy with watering.

My PH is like under 6.8 but I don't know how much because my testing kit only reads to 6.8 for a pool...

Thanks, that probably is it then seriously cause it happened right after I filled the pot with water (the next day)
