Yes. You need to have a sativa-dominant plant. Germinate it in february and veg it under at least 60 watts of fluorescent bulbs per plant until there is no more chance of frost in ohio. Then transplant them into the ground. They will get huge, depending on the genetics of the strain you're using.
Remember the seedlings won't need any nutrients until about 2 weeks after germination, and then just very little.
After it's in the ground outside, don't give it nutrients until another 2 weeks after you transplant it.
