This looks like a sativa-dominant plant that was vegged for 4+ months. Outdoor sativas get HUGE. I usually grow outdoors, first planting them in small pots indoors when it's still in early spring and too cold for them, then transplant outdoors and let them veg the whole spring and summer. When the days get shorter they naturally bud, and I can get 2 pounds a plant.

I Live In Ohio (4Seasons) So Do You Think If I Start Indoors About At Least A Month Early, My Plants Will Be Bigger Than They Averagely Would Be?

Yes. You need to have a sativa-dominant plant. Germinate it in february and veg it under at least 60 watts of fluorescent bulbs per plant until there is no more chance of frost in ohio. Then transplant them into the ground. They will get huge, depending on the genetics of the strain you're using.
Remember the seedlings won't need any nutrients until about 2 weeks after germination, and then just very little.
After it's in the ground outside, don't give it nutrients until another 2 weeks after you transplant it.

Ok Cool, & This Guy Wasnt Sure What Type Of Plant It Was Because He Got It From A Randomized Mix (Mr Nice Walkabout). Im Thinking About Doing That With G13 Pineapple Express
