what is this bug?

So last night I brought in 3 plants from the deck. This morning I found a bunch of little bugs on my grow room floor. I'm not freaking out... just wondering what they are and the best way to attack them. I already have a no pest strip in there. So, I'm guessing they'll be dead pretty quick anyway... but... here's a pic.



They are also in the coco mix. It was hard to get a picture of them... they seemed to move faster... and appeared more white-ish. I'm guessing they are the same bug at different stages.

springtales? I just noticed that they can jump... Only a few inches.

It is a thrip. Probably immature if it can't fly.

i don't think its a thrip... i don't see anything on any leaves. I only see some on the floor... and some in the coco.

i've been able to check check them out through a scope. I'm not en entomologist, but they look like springtales. They have the 2 extra appendages sticking out of their butt. They jump when poked. Some are lighter... some are darker... which confused me at first.

If it's a springtail I don't think you have to worry. They are actually kind of beneficial for plants, they carry good bacteria and yeah.. don't if they're good if you're in coco.
