What is this and how do I get rid of it?

Just set up my new room and am inching towards harvesting. Looked at my plants this morning and saw this....
Anyone have any tips for getting rid of these fuckers?
Also anything else you see thats wrong?
First time grower and post....Thanks everyone!

There are a lot of bugs inbetween the buds. i am only seeing them on the bottom of this perticular plant none of the other ones.

in between the buds on the stem not actually in the buds.

Aphids.. Search for safe flowering sprays. I'd put a no pest strip in the tent for a bit.

i never got bugs spider mites or aphids , I been misting my girls with NEEM OIL ABOUT 1 TIME A month, its non toxic , (but i wouldn't drink it) problem now is all that misting raises the humidity and now i dealing with white fungus

Brush them off now, spray when you find something acceptable. Use a strong jet of water off completely necessary.

I agree with Coho, the No Pest Strips works GREAT if used properly!

I generally would throw a NEW NPS in the Garden when Lights go Out, and turn off the Ventilation and Fans. At lights ON, dont forget to turn the Ventilation back on and put the NPS in a ZipLock Bag. Repeat every couple days until Clear of Bugs.

When you Harvest, you may consider soaking the Plant in some h2o2 added water so you dont spread the bugs when Harvesting. Just put enough h2o2 and water in a tote to cover the buds, then cut the branches into lengths that would fit the tote, let sit for a couple hours, then trim.
