PH is cultivation 101. If you have to ask that then you obviously haven't done anywhere near enough research.

6.3 to 6.8 ph should be good? So ph tap water?

And leave it for 24 hours to allow the chlorine to evaporate. In this 24 hours the PH rises from 7.2 to 7.7.

I would also recommend finding the EC or PPM reading of your tap water and the PH of it.

I water at 6.3 with mineral nutrients in soil and 6.5-6.8 in soil with organic nutrients.
