I would suggest a MH light for veg. That will provide you the best light next to the sun

well i like to veg indoors (which i have for the 8 current girls) i was just wondering if there were any special techniques that would allow me to get a quicker veg

Quicker I believe is more light. But honestly plants are gonna be plants unless you ruff em up a little bit like a 1920's gangster then they may grow faster. But honestly quicker veg is more light.

yea i do 24/0 for 3 weeks

i do 12-13 outside then bring them in under h\o CFL

Aeroponics is the fastest way to veg, roots have maximum O2 uptake,resulting in vigorous growth.Of course good lighting,optimum temps and nutrient are also needed

Giveing um liquid nutes would help.18hours of light,78 degress day 68 night.Good potting mix....Fresh air flow.....

well shit i should be good! i have a custom built(built by me) pc veg box where i can veg for 2-3 weeks about 8 plants. temperature controlled and with 3 exhaust and 2 intake fans with 4 high output cfls in it
