What is the problem with my plants?

How come you did not fill those pots up with dirt?, also they look a little over watered possibly some heat stress, and def some nute def. But I would re plant those into the pots filled upto to the top with dirt, so that there is more room for root growth, it could also be part of the problem.
thats etiher nute burn or heat stress. get those lights away if their to close. Also chk the ph of your water. soil PH should be like (6.3-6.5). your water should be RO water with an EC of Zero. chk your TDS or EC pen and see if ur watering with "hard water" or good RO water (pure clean) water! if ur water is "hard" and alreadys has sediments in it , It will lock out some of the nutrients and cause a problem. hope this hlps.

Despite what has become a forum myth, PH of soil should around 7 not 6.3 - 6.5, Soil is an excellent buffer for PH, and is rarely the cause of disorders when growing in soil.
