What is the Diangnosis for This? Help Please!

Ok so the strain is LR#2 crossed with Haze.
Im using soil, with nutrients ( biobloom).
She is currently in 4weeks of flowering.
The type of light i use is 7x11W CFL 2700K.
Temperature is ok, and i dont think its over/under watering..

See the budleaves are curling down, ( looking like somekind of claws ), the problem is only in these leaves, the rest of the plant is healthy and lookin good.

Please help!

iot does look like a month under 77 wats of cfls anyhow , how often do u water up ?

Wow man then id get some flourescents cause even with half that i could grow a plant three times the size with big fat buds. That cannot be 4 weeks of flowering!

Its an "autoflowering" strain so it can be 4 weeks of flowering, but still, could this be some sort of nute related problem or what? Im watering the plant once or twice a week, depending how much the plant seems to need it.
