What is the best setup for a cabinet grow(Soil vs DWC vs dripp irrigation aso.

I have 2 cabinets sized 20"x24"x60"

Using 2x125 CFL for veg and a 250w HPS for bloom.

I've just started my first grow in soil, but i'm wondering what kind of medium and setup will help me maximize the potential of the area?

And how many plants should i go for?

Any and all input will be appreciated.

StinkBud has an awesome setup....was thinking about possibly shrinking it to work in a small application
