What is the best Medical and or recreation legal states are the best?

I'm looking at 3 main points to this:

#1: cost of living

#2: local economy (aka job availability)

#3: Availability and access(what qualifies and who let's you grow?)

What do yall think?

I don't mind research. I come here for first hand info. I've looked extensivly into several states

and you listed wyoming idaho and florida?

Well I would rely on the research numbers more than the word of a few pot heads
