what is keif and how do you get it?

Keif if more or less just THC crystals off the actual bud. Generally a good grinder has a keif catch so all the THC crystals knocked off can be collected till you have a good collection to treat yourself. A friend of mine actually made brownies with his keif on 420, he had at least 3 grams of it though. Hope this helped.
