My 3x4 veg station is having issues.... I have them in 1 gallon grow bags under a 30,000 t5 grow light set at 24/24. Ph of watering is 6.5 in foxfarm soil no neuts..... whats going on??

Im running fox farms as well. How long have they been potted? I started feeding mine after 4 days of transplant in rockwool. They look hungryyyy. Also depending on what cookie pheno you have if its the real one it will be a pain in the ass regardless. Also I dont know how people get light burn. If its hot to your hand by your canopy then move the lights up.
