what is going on!

so i noticed that on 2 of the main bud the leafs are like rotting? can someone tell me what it is? and what i should do.

the pics are from one plant one of the two bad buds and one good bud off the plant

...1st thought is overfertilized, what is your feeding schedule like?
What kind of medium are you growing in?
What your pH like?

i gave it nutes one time about a month ago.
its in soil.
i dont know the ph but the whole plant isnt bad just these two buds
the two that are effected are clossest to my cfls tho

the burnt tips and discoloration do look like an overfert issue.

over fert and it makes sence that it would be the sights closest to the lights.

...if it's been a month since last feeding, you may NEED fertilizing. Deficiencies will show these signs also.

It dosen't look like deficiencies to me. If feeding was a month ago your probably fine now. What did you feed with and what soil are they in(any ferts there too)? If water soluble then you can flush with clean water and after start on a light feeding and work it up til your plants are happy. If you needed to feed them now I would think that your older leaves would be much more pale.

it was a general plant food. so its not to late to give it bloom nutes?

"general plant food"? that's pretty vague. Time released general plant food. Salt based general plant food? Organic general plant food? 2-2-2 or 50-50-50?

24-8-16 it was the generic walmart brand. i used it twice i put like 1/4 teaspoon in a gallon of water

Well that doesn’t sound like your over-ferting. What soil did you use? any ferts in it (time-release)? The only other things I can think of at the moment is to close to the lights (heat), or I have seen this on part of one of my plants that was closest to the osculating fan (wind burn, drying out caused by to much air movement). could either of these be the cause.?
