What is going on..Help!!!!!

Dwc....ph 5.5 to 6...general hydro series nutes..beneficials in res...water temp around 70-72 degrees far. T5's and an led on it...room temp stays around 73 degrees..fan leaves bigger than my hand spread...truely a plant that belongs in jurrasic world...
Seems like it started in a general area and now its spreading..the leaves getting crispy...thought it was mag def at first so puchased some cal-mag and treated but its still happening...im worried for my girl...just chopped clones off her recently.

Any ideas what this is...i also noticed on older lower leaves turning real dark towards tips and then dying off...i did see some fungas gnats for a while but havent seen too many lately....any ideas???

Was even thinking the led as ive heard burn stories with them but not sure...im lost on this on

Looks like phosphorus deficiency.
Check out the ratio on the nutes discription this might need adjusting.
Also I grow dwc and plants grow awsome, absolutely massive leaves, good luck.

I can also position my led 8inch from the top of plant and I have never burnt my plants with an led.haha.
Them stories you here are more than likely Chinese whispers.

Agreed - same... My LED's get super close to the tops - maybe 6 - 8" and they are happy.

Always keep straight nutes in the rez - except maybe a flush at the very end.

K thanks again....after extensize reading i have noticed the eagle claw a lil so im thinking im giving them too much nitrogen. Going to slow down with nutes

I never flush until the end.
I grow autos so your limited on time.
People only mention flushing to eliminate nutes to got a clean smoke..
Mine has been super stinky and taste beaut,everytime.
As long as bud enchancers and bud candy is used this encourages the taste and smell and then id use flawless finish to flush.
This contains carbohydrates which eat away any remaining nutes that are not needed like nitrogen etc..
Some people say to eradicate a hay like taste flush regular, I have tried this before and the result was rubbish as I had taken away vital nutes while its growing.
Also flushing takes on average 4-10 days plus sometimes longer.
Doing this 2 time during growth or flower adds up to around 25 days you have lost.

Watch your ppm.some peeps think you should give them a higher ratio off nutes as the plant grows.
All you need to do is watch the plant it will let you know what it needs.
If a defect appears then rectify this there and then with what it needs it doesn't take long for it to recover as dwc is a direct approach to roots, where as soil will take longer.
The leaves you have shown in pic above may be un repairable, you have to spot this earlier to eradicate it. The upper growth looks very healthy so don't worry if the plant will be affected by this.it looks like an early sun leaf so rip them off.

As long as you don't dry it too quickly and humidity levels are good it should be ok.
To guarantee this more use the bud candy I mentioned above.
Peeps use plain water to flush hoping that as there are no remaining nutes in the res then they will use all there stored nutes....carbohydrates' in flawless finish( flush) will literally eat away at these nutrients stored in leaves.
Bud candy enhances a more potent smell and brings out the characteristic in the taste.
