What is Fox farm trio feeding schedule for soil indoors

Hi I'm starting my second grow using fox farm trio. I'm using happy frog soil for my auto flowers. My new girls are 3 day old seedlings now. I found one schedule to say use the bloom right now 1/4 of strength. Is this right?,? For seedling I thought no fertilizer for 2 weeks. Does anyone have the right feeding schedule as I don't think I'm suppose to fertilize now more the less use the bloom fertilizer right now. is this right?? Please help. I used bergmans last grow but is sold out so I switched to fox farm trio. Please help. Thanks
 
Start feeding when the bottom leaves get very slightly yellow. You should be okay for a while in that soil.
 
Just dont use full strength as it will be too much for a small plant. Start with 1/4 strength or less and move up to full as she gets bigger. The food it needs is relative to its size.
 
it looks like 2 of the 3 bottles of the trio have bloom in the name? they clearly did not choose to label their product extremely clearly... follow the chart, it is probably the veg nutrient with a silly name
 
ignore the names. it works well, ive used it. it will stimulate the root growth. all 3 of the main nutrients (NPK) are important for all growth in all phases.
