super cropping ur damaging the plant by bending it... it promotes strong branches for heavy buds... i also like it cuz u dont have to deal with string(very annoying)... in my signature is my journal.. i supercrop my whole crop.. there is many pics at various stages in growth for u to check... in my first post with pics, i have a link for supercropping by "genfranco".. its the best supercropping thread out there
LSTing is tieing the plant down with string... its the same concept which is to open/spidar ur plants so they grow horizontal which allows the shoos at ur nodes to grow vertical and become tops, see more light and mature properly aswell as create an even canopy... really they r the same thing but SCing involves more stress which is a good thing as long as u dont overstress it... weed is a hardy plant that recovers well so ull be fine... jus make sure that u give it 2 weeks for ur plants to veg out b4 u flower after these processes.. and if u go with SCing u may wanna weigh it down with an eye bolt u sumthin or keep on it cuz it will try to grow bak up.. i dont use whieghts i jus keep bending it and it eventualy stays down
if ur building them and want to go with 1 of these technics, make sure to have lateral room, as hieght is less important... my plants r like 18inchs where if i grew them straight up they would be 3ft+... u can also use less plants this way to acheive a larger canopy and make the most of ur lights u pay for... i have 7 plants that fill a 4X5 area... and they "fill" it as u can see
