What is a 'super auto'?

For the hell of it I had a look at the autoflowering article on Wikipedia, and it talks about 'super autos' which apparently can reach 6' tall and yield more than their dwarf autoflowering counterparts. Up until reading this article I had never heard of such a thing. What is a super auto? How is it different from the dwarf versions?

Or are they confusing these super autos with semi-autoflowering strains which really aren't autoflowering at all but just flower when the number of hours falls to 16 or 17 hours outdoors?

super autos are plants that retain their autoflowering traits (will finish under 20/4 or 18/6) but with longer life cycles than typical autos. Most autos finish around 70 days, but super autos take around 100. The extra days give you more growth/yield.

Where can I buy these seeds?

true say, it wouldnt take much more that 100 days for a photo period plant.. and it would yeild 2or3 times more., better quality too.

If your stuck on autos, check out sweet tooth auto from barneys farm.. yeild 200g per plant.. ( thats a super auto )

not sure if its classified as a super auto but check out Think Different by Dutch Passion. up to 300 grams per plant and only takes 9 weeks from seed.
