heres what happened, u put ur plants out early, they started to bud, as above said they dnt grow upward too much after flowering. so u got a ways into flowering, and now ur plants attempting to re veg itself, and is in this slow process of reverting back to veg, make sense? ur plants kinda in a limbo period, before it goes back into full veg,

assuming the op is in the US, i agree with this 100%. happened to me once when i took over a plant of someone who popped a seed on a sill in october in massachusetts
the plant was completely dormant for a few months, and then it took off like crazy one day around mid-june. when it re-budded, it did so at new budsites and the old buds remained as nothing more than a decoration.

there are some strange ppl out there . Man its ok to look all the killings on the tv , its ok to bpmb iraq , its ok to drop nuclear waste on Serbia but when someone likes to call him self twatenator somehow its wrong.
